The very first thing you can do while generating content ideas is to search for your niche on google and open 4-5 websites ranking in the top results. After you open these websites, have a look at their content topics and blogs.

Competitor's website

In my case I searched for search engine optimization on the internet and opened the top 4 websites namely Wikipedia, Moz, Wordstream, NeilPatel, and after going through their blogs and contents, I came up with 3 content ideas as

  1. A step-by-step guide to SEO
  2. Keyword research
  3. On-page and off-page SEO

So, you can also collect some content ideas following the same steps.

Method 2: Quora

Quora is a unique question-and-answer platform that allows people to connect with others who have expertise in specific areas. But! We can use this platform to find valuable content ideas for ourselves. To do this go to quora.com and tap on the search bar and type your specialization. Here, let me change my specialization to Brawl Stars and do a search.

Through the search, I found around 4 content ideas that can be used to write a post.

  1. How to unlock brawl stars characters fast

Let me clear this up with an example. First, we need to go to google.com and type our main keyword e.g., body building, and google will start suggesting related keywords to it.

Method 5: Forums (findaforum.com)

If you want to know your audience more, it's better to join a forum online in your field of specialization. Joining a forum will make you open to your audience's thoughts, and what they really want and thus you can create content according to their need.

There are tons of forums online, and to find one in your specialization you have to do some research on the internet or you can just do what I used to do. Open findaforum.net and look for forums or discussion boards in your content category.
